Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days for smaller items and 3-7 business days for large carpets.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for an additional fee; please contact us for a quote. We partner with:

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout. Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders within the contiguous USA.

Times: Estimated delivery windows are provided in the FAQ section. These are carrier estimates and not guarantees.
4. Delivery Process for Freight Items (Large Carpets)

Once your order ships, we'll send tracking information.

Your order is transported to a local carrier in your area that specializes in residential delivery.

The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Inspection is critical: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you have concerns about condition or packaging, note the issue on the delivery paperwork provided by the driver, sign and accept your order, and contact us for assistance.
5. Packaging
We take care in packaging:

Throw Pillows: Packed in poly bags or boxes, sometimes vacuum-sealed to reduce size.

Sofa Cushions: Boxed with protective padding.

Carpets: Rolled (not folded) and wrapped in plastic or shipped in tubes/boxes. Folding can cause permanent creases, so we ensure carpets are shipped rolled whenever possible.
6. Delivery & Issues

Tracking: A tracking number and link will be provided via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Inspection: Inspect the external shipping box for damage upon delivery.

Failed Delivery/Missing Packages: If a package is marked "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier hub first. Then, contact us for assistance.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
