1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home decor and soft furnishings, including throw pillows, sofa cushions, and carpets.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Color & Material Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and natural variations in materials (fabric dye lots, carpet fibers), actual colors and textures may vary slightly from product images. These minor variations are not considered defects.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for using products as intended and following all care instructions.

  • Throw Pillows & Sofa Cushions:

    • Not intended for use by infants or young children without supervision (suffocation risk).

    • Keep away from open flames.

    • Fluff regularly to maintain shape.

    • Follow care labels for washing.

  • Carpets:

    • Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping and protect floors.

    • Keep away from high-heat sources (fireplaces, space heaters).

    • Use caution on newly waxed floors (rugs may slip).

    • Not intended for use on stairs without proper securement.

3. Flammability Standards
Our soft furnishings comply with applicable U.S. safety standards, including:

  • 16 CFR Part 1610 (flammability standards for clothing textiles - applies to pillow/cushion covers)

  • 16 CFR Part 1632 (flammability standards for mattresses and mattress pads - applicable to cushion fill materials)

  • California Technical Bulletin 117-2013 (flammability standards for upholstered furniture - applicable to cushion fill)

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions to materials (check labels), dissatisfaction with color or texture variation, damage from improper care, or accidents.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
